Arthur Cheong
CEO and Founder
Boon is a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University, focusing on applying artificial intelligence towards supporting green buildings. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago. Singapore Technologies International and Temasek sponsored his scholarship. He held leadership roles at a publicly listed telecom operator and led senior functions in product management and technical strategy. During his service, he participated in and drafted Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Request for Comments (RFCs), in particular, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). He is a proponent of carbon-free networks. He leads BAE in providing carbon-free smart infrastructure. His experience was gained in earlier architectures. In 1996, he architected an island-wide network spanning about 700 square kilometres of broadband infrastructure and services for one million households as part of the carbon-free roadmap. He and his team built central offices and data centres to support the broadband rollout in the latter part of 1999.

Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Hwee oversees the integration of customers with BAE's One Window platform across a campus network comprising more than 10,000 ports and 25 trades/sub-systems over 774,000 sqft GFA. Her management and risk expertise, including advising on Market and Operational including Millennium migration for major banks, reassures clients of our operational resilience.
